Who we are
kreatkit is an AI-powered design tool built for individuals, small businesses, and teams. We are currently operating in Early Beta. Contact us at hello@kreatkit.com.
What we collect
- Account information — your email address when you sign up.
- Brand assets — logos, colors, and fonts you upload to your brand projects.
- Prompts and generation history — the text prompts you submit and the designs generated from them.
- Usage data — how you interact with the product, to help us improve the service.
- Payment information — processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store card details.
How we use your data
- Provide and operate the kreatkit service
- Generate designs based on your prompts and brand assets
- Process credit top-ups and track your credit balance
- Improve the quality of our AI and templates
- Send important product updates (you may opt out at any time)
Your brand assets
Your logos, colors, fonts, and uploaded assets are stored securely in your account. They are never used to train AI models and are never shared with any third party. They are only used to generate designs within your own projects.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (hosting, authentication, payments) solely to operate the service. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and brand assets within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your rights

Terms of Service
Acceptance
By creating an account or using kreatkit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Early Beta
kreatkit is currently in Early Beta. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable at any time. We are not liable for any loss of data or interruption of service during the Beta period.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when signing up.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use kreatkit.
Credits and payments
- kreatkit operates on a credit system. Credits are prepaid and non-refundable once used.
- Free credits are provided at sign-up and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Purchased credits do not expire.
- We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use kreatkit to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of any designs you generate using kreatkit, subject to the licenses of underlying AI models and any third-party assets used. kreatkit retains ownership of its platform, templates, and technology.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, kreatkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
